《信息时报》11月26日报道，这些话不是巩俐自己说的。
对于这份声明，《信息时报》采访人员未能在截止日期前联系到巩俐及其经纪人曾景超，但收到这份声明的台湾采访人员证实，确实是巩俐经纪人曾景超发来的，声明是短信发送的稿件。

脱壳原因？
1.陈冲自私吗？
巩俐的说法中，除了炮轰金马奖，不专业，不公平。文章对金马奖评委会主席陈冲也有很多看法。文章提到陈冲被网民推翻。“有人说她是个人委屈。踩巩俐不让她得奖。”
陈冲是本届金马奖的主席，她的国际地位堪比巩俐。然而两人恩怨的传说却一直在江湖上流传。据说《画魂》的女主角本来是陈冲的，后来落入巩俐之手。还有人说陈冲在金马奖之后获得了“红玫瑰和白玫瑰”。红玫瑰这个角色本来就是巩俐的。这一次，确实有人猜测会给龚“下狠手”。
在金马奖的背景下，陈冲拒绝透露他投票给谁作为电影皇后，而同样是评委的冯德伦慷慨地告诉采访人员，他投票给巩俐。颁奖仪式结束后，作为评审团主席的陈冲没有出席小型联合访问和庆功宴采访。
2.被冒犯两次？
错过影片后，巩俐炮轰金马奖引发讨论。有台湾网友批评她“输”，但同时又有声音指出巩俐在金马奖颁奖典礼上“得罪”了两次，说明她已经很优雅了。
巩俐盛装出席金马奖颁奖典礼，并在红地毯上接受主持人杨千霈的采访。她笑着说要拍一部《归来》的喜剧。结果，杨千霈说:“我们先找女主角吧。”巩俐尴尬地笑了。也许是为了控制红毯时间，杨千霈后来直接从巩俐手中抢走了话筒。
侯孝贤和巩俐在颁奖典礼上共同颁发了最佳导演奖。他说希望巩俐下次能在平台上领奖。当时电影结束后的结果还没有公布，巩俐听到这个的时候满脸尴尬。陈爽

审查过程和结果始终是独立和公平的
针对巩俐炮击事件，金马奖执委会昨晚也发表声明，强调“金马奖的评审过程和结果一直是独立公正的，不受任何外力影响”。
本次金马奖的最终评审由包括陈冲、冯德伦和郭富城在内的17位专业人士组成。要求评委必须在执委会指定的电影厅观看所有入选影片，每一个奖项经过评审和讨论后进行无记名投票。获胜者必须得到半数以上法官的支持，并由现场律师监督。
声明中还特别提到了女主角的选拔过程。“以女主角为例，今年的竞争相当激烈，各有各的支持者。第一轮和第二轮都没有人获得过半票数，直到第三轮，陈湘琪才凭借《回归之光奏鸣曲》获得过半评委的支持而获奖。
