不久前，在一个韩国综艺节目中谈论中国的法律和秩序时，周觅举了一个例子，他的母亲被喷了摇头丸，并骗了很多钱。有网友指出，药引诈骗方式已被警方确认为假新闻。周觅的言论在外国人面前侮辱了他的祖国。后来，周觅在微博上详细解释了这件事，他还说他妈妈被喷了摇头丸。

据悉，在这张专辑中，主打歌《倒带》和收录歌曲《为什么》均以中韩文发行，还收录了周觅的首首自创歌曲《一个人的孤独》，还有四首风格各异的中文歌曲。这张专辑包含8首歌曲，显示了周觅的音乐实力。
此外，周觅和宋茜一起演唱了《爱你》。这首歌不仅突出了他们之间甜蜜的和谐，也让人对吸血鬼爱情的歌词印象深刻。此外，歌词写实的《今夜爱》这首歌还邀请了EXO M的TAO来表演RAp合唱。
