Ingredients(原料)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
一茶匙植物油
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
约450克的虾 , 剥壳 , 去掉虾线
2 garlic cloves, minced
两瓣大蒜 , 剁碎
1/2 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
1/2茶匙红辣椒粉
2 bunches scallions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
两小捆韭菜 , 切成3厘米左右的段
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
两茶匙新鲜的柠檬汁
Coarse salt
粗盐
Cooked rice, for serving
准备好做好的米饭来配菜

Directions(步骤)
1. Heat a large skillet or wok over high until hot. Add oil and swirl to coat skillet. Add shrimp and stir until almost entirely pink, 1 to 2 minutes. Add garlic and red-pepper flakes and stir until fragrant, 30 seconds.
起一口锅 , 烧热后放油 , 摇晃旋转锅来使锅壁上沾上些油 。
加入虾仁翻炒1到2分钟 , 直到虾仁变成粉红色 。
之后加入大蒜和辣椒粉 , 炒三十秒到虾仁变熟 。

2. Add scallions and stir until bright green, about 1 minute. Add lemon juice and 2 tablespoons water. Cook, scraping up any browned bits from skillet, about 1 minute. Season with salt and serve over rice.
锅中放入韭菜翻炒大概一分钟 , 直到韭菜颜色变成翠绿 。
加入柠檬汁和两茶匙的水 , 烹煮1分钟 。
刮掉除去锅壁上有糊掉食材 。
起锅前加入盐调味 , 搭配米饭就上桌吧!
