小编特意去翻阅了一下文献，早在96年，美国就有报道，怀孕妇女患有严重牙周病者发生流产、早产或新生儿体重过轻的几率，是口腔健康孕妇的7倍。因为孕期激素水平发生变化，胃肠蠕动减弱，再加上逐渐长大的胎儿压迫胃肠道，消化功能下降，导致孕妈妈们容易发生口腔疾病。
另外，孕期最怕冠周脓肿、牙髓炎，智齿发炎，尤其是阻生智齿（就是没有完全长出来顶到前面牙齿的那颗智齿），一般在平时如果没什么症状，但如果你准备怀孕了，孕期荷尔蒙的改变，很容易让牙周疾病在孕期集中爆发！
一般来讲，孕早期和孕晚期咱们都不建议拔牙治疗的。一旦孕期发炎，很容易引起发烧，疼痛难忍。这个时候用药又担心药物对胎儿的影响，很多药物都不能用（这也是让牙医们最头疼的问题……），只能保守治疗，缓解下症状，长此以往加重孩子流产的风险。

备孕期需要检查牙齿是否洁净，如果从来没有洗过牙，牙结石会牢牢的粘在牙齿上，在孕期牙结石会很容易导致牙周发炎，一刷牙满嘴血，再加上孕期对疼痛异常敏感，那酸爽~~~谁经历过谁知道。
2.预防其他口腔疾病
在怀孕前6个月要进行一次全面的口腔检查，及时处理口腔问题，消除隐患。牙齿缺失时应及早镶牙，以恢复咀嚼功能，促进营养吸收，有利于妈妈的健康和胎儿的生长发育。
3.补充维生素
怀孕后，因为雌激素的水平升高可能使牙龈出血，如果母体缺乏维生素，也容易导致牙龈质地松软，使牙周状况恶化。
且孕期母体钙、磷和维生素A、D、C失调可造成胎儿乳牙釉质发育不全。所以在备孕时要多补充各种维生素，以免孕期加重口腔问题。
4.拔智齿
智齿平时如果没什么症状，大夫可能会告诉你不用管。但如果你准备怀孕了，医生一般会说那还是拔了吧。
因为阻生智齿容易藏污纳垢，又不好清洗，一旦孕期发炎，很容易引起发烧，影响孕妇和胎儿健康。所以孕前口腔检查如果发现阻生智齿，建议尽早拔除。
