芝加哥商品交易所：美国猪肉零售价格下降
US - USDA’s Economic Research Service published February retail meat prices yesterday, write Steve Meyer and Len Steiner.All Fresh Beef recorded its first month-to-month retail price increase since July of 2015. However, the increase from January to February was small for All Fresh Beef, up $0.04 per pound to $5.79 per pound.Retail pork prices saw a decrease month-to-month with the average February retail price coming in at $3.74 per pound, $0.06 below January and $0.20 below February 2015. Seasonally however, retail pork prices normally experience an increase into spring.Looking back at wholesale prices during February, pork loins struggled and were down 20 per cent the last week of February compared to the last week of January. Belly prices were strong however, and sparerib and trimming prices increased marginally during February.

史蒂夫·迈耶(Steve Meyer)和莱恩·施泰纳(Len Steiner)写道，美国农业部(USDA)的经济研究服务所昨天公开了二月猪肉零售价格 。清新牛肉创下自2015年7月以来的首次月同比增长 。然而，清新牛肉从一月到二月的增长比较徐徐，每磅提高了4美分，价格在每磅5.79美元 。猪肉零售价格有一个月同比的下降，二月均匀零售价格达到每磅3.74美元，与1月相比下降6美分，较2015年同期相比下降20美分 。然而根据季节性，猪肉零售价格应该在春天有增长的迹象 。归顾二月整个零售价格，猪腰肉努力挣扎 ， 价格与1月最后一周相比，还是在2月最后一周下降了20% 。猪腹肉在二月表现很好，猪排和猪碎肉价格稍微增添 。
