【Strawberry cheesecakes 草莓乳酪蛋糕】Ingredients
Serves 4
- 85 g low-fat biscuits (we used WeightWatchers ginger biscuits) 85克低脂饼干
- 200 g tub extra light soft cheese 200克特级轻软奶酪
- 200 g tub 0% fat Greek yogurt 200克酸奶
- caster sugar 砂糖
- few drops vanilla extract 几滴香草炼乳
- good-quality strawberry jam 高级草莓酱
- 100 g strawberries, hulled and sliced 100克草莓 , 切片
Method
- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and bash with a rolling pin until you have chunky crumbs. Divide between 4 glasses or small bowls.
- 把饼干放入塑料袋里 , 用擀面杖碾碎成块状的饼干屑 , 分别放到4个杯子中或小碗里 。
- Beat the soft cheese, yogurt, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then spoon over the crumbs and chill until you are ready to serve.
- 把奶酪、酸奶、糖和香草一起搅拌直到混合均匀 。 然后把混合好的奶油放到饼干屑上面 , 待凉 。
- Stir the jam in a bowl until loose, then gently stir in the strawberries. Divide the strawberries between the cheesecakes and serve.
- 把草莓酱倒入另一只碗中搅拌使其变松 , 拌在草莓上 , 放置在饼干屑和奶酪的上面 。 完成 。
