【Green club sandwich 绿色健康三明治】Ingredients
Makes 1, easily doubled
  • 3 slices wholegrain or rye toast 3片全麦面包或者黑麦吐司
  • ready-made houmous 色拉酱
  • 1 small avocado (100g), stoned and sliced 山梨一只, 去核, 切薄片
  • 1 handful rocket leaves 一些芝麻菜叶子
  • 8-12 cherry tomatoes, sliced 8到12颗小番茄, 切薄片


Method
  1. Toast the bread and spread houmous evenly over one side of each slice. On one slice of bread, lay half the avocado, rocket and tomato. Season with pepper, then cover with another slice.
  2. 烤面包, 每一面均匀涂上色拉酱 。 放上半片山梨, 色拉菜和小番茄, 撒点胡椒 。
  3. Pile on the rest of the avocado, rocket and tomato, season again and top with the third slice.
依次在第二片上在做一遍, 盖上, 完成三明治 。
